Large short-necked green fruit, very pleasant mild white flesh with nice aroma, early to bear, fruit ripens in mid-late October here, stores until February in refrigerator if harvested at the correct time and retains its flavor. Very good all-around pear, prolific bearer. Highly recommended. Late 18th-century European pear.
