Menominee

Aka Emkwana. Very hard, dark green and orange rind. Orange flesh is not especially sweet. Very diverse shapes. Reported to have been widely distributed among indigenous groups of the Midwest. Not sure if our strain of this landrace squash is exactly true to type anymore but this squash hasn't been listed by anyone in a long time. Source: William Woys Weaver - 2000
