Red Par Leaf

Cross between Redventure and a fancy cut-leaf celery called Parcel. Stems are long and slim, red with dark green leaves that are puckered and dissected in a parsley-like manner. Used like any cutting celery in cooking, but especially nice as a salad addition, a stirring straw for Bloody Marys, or atop fried eggs.
