Berlandiera lyrata

Chocolate Daisy. This western native enjoys a sunny, dry position in the garden; and the yellow, daisy-like flowers perfume the garden with a subtle, elusive scent of cocoa in the mornings. They might be pushing their hardiness in my Zone 4B/5A garden, as it took a few tries to find a spot they liked. 12-18" tall x 8-12" wide.
