Fruit medium, roundish to oblate conic, irregular. Skin: smooth, green turning to yellow, blushed partially with brownish red, with some russet. Flesh whitish green, firm, juicy, fine texture, acid to subacid, rich. Late in season. From Sturmer, Suffolk, England; first recorded in 1831, said to be a cross of Ribston Pippin x Nonpareil.
