Utah No 15

Leafy green variety with good flavor, not much stringyness, and moderately crisp texture; Slight susceptibility to aster yellows; Narrow petioles in general but the widths are variable. Plants range from 12.5-17.5 inches high by 15-21 inches wide. Stems were about 12-18 inches long when grown in 2020 at HF. SSE acquired this variety in 2017 from the USDA colletion (G 32008).
