Sohshu

Smooth-leaved spinach with light green leaves that range in shape from hastate to spear to elliptic. Leaves are weakly blistered and semi-upright in growth. Spiny seeded. Fall grown in 2016 at Heritage Farm and bolted early. This variety also bolts early in spring. Tender leaves with a mild flavor. Acquired by SSE from Redwood City Seed Co (CV Red).
