Large, flattened oval white potatoes. Heavy production if good sized seed pieces are used. Flesh cooks up very firm and waxy. The perfect potato salad potato for those who tend to overcook there potatoes and end up with mushy potato salad like myself. Originally grown from true potato seed the first year, but have used seed potatoes now for 5 years and each year the potatoes just get bigger and more prolific.
