Yellow Pe-Tsai

Loose headed Chinese cabbage. Broad, yellow-green leaves have a ruffled, toothed margin and grow erect to form a loose head. Good flavor, slightly bitter. Crisp and juicy leaf petioles. Petioles and veins are white and form a slender, compact base. Resists bolting when planted in late summer. Plants reach 1.5-2' tall and 2' wide. Brassica rapa.
