Nantes type. Average sweetness. Tapering, orange roots have rounded shoulders. Large orange core. Ridged skin. Relatively uniform, some variation in root curvature. Roots measure 5.5-7.7" long, 1.0-1.7" wide and weigh 2.5-4oz. Roots completely buried below soil line. Vigorous plants have few hairs. Plants measure 1.0-1.5' tall. Low bolting tendency. Brix 9.4.
