A staff favorite for taste in 2018. Yellow at maturity, slightly flattened to round, medium-sized, deeply ribbed, netted melon. Fruit 6-7 inches long, 6-8 inches wide, and 5-6 pounds at maturity. Relatively thin rind and very thick, salmon-colored flesh. Outstanding flavor. Sweet and juicy, with a wonderful aroma and complexity of flavor. Nice texture. Brix reading 11.2.
