French Summer

This variety is very uniform, with long, moderately thick shafts and little basal swelling. The pseudostems measure 1-1.5" wide and 10-12" tall. This variety produces many tiny side shoots that are about the size of green onions. The plants have green leaves and are semi erect, growing 1.5-2 ft tall. They are mild in flavor.
