Great texture and flavor. Cream colored, obovate roots. Starburst shaped core. Cream colored flesh. Some variability in size. Roots measure 4-9" long, 1.5-3" wide and weigh 4-13oz. The root core measures 0.6-1.7" wide. Low tendency to crack and split. Plants grow semi-prostrate and measure 8-14" tall and 2.2-3.7' in diameter. SSE Accession # 114672
