John Morgan Stumbo Greasy Cutshort

VEGETABLES / BEAN
SNAP-POLE
Pole variety. I received this seed back in 2015 from Jim Wyant of Galveston, IN. Mentioned in "Kentucky Heirloom Seeds" by Bill Best. Good Appalachian type string bean. The vines were very vigorous and produced well. Pods were a maximum of 5” long. Most are shorter. Vines are quite vigorous and they produce a nice crop of string beans. Each pod comes packed with a lot of seed. Seed is small, squared on ends and brown with black speckles.
