Large, pink beefsteak. Indeterminate growth, regular leaves. Standard flavor. Medium-sweet and moderately acidic. Soft, meaty, and juicy texture. Highly oblate fruit. Strongly recessed stem end with a wide pedicel scar. Moderate to severe radial cracking on most fruit. Slight concentric cracking on some fruit. Cat-face appearance at blossom end is common. Slightly tendency for fruit to split at blossom end. Some variability in fruit size and shape. 1-3 fruit per cluster. Ripe fruit measure 2.5-3.2" long by 3.6-4.8" wide and weigh 0.4-1.4lbs. Slightly exserted, fasciated styles. Plants suffered from septoria leaf spot in 2014 growout at Heritage Farm. Low fruit set. Mid-season maturing. Acquired by SSE from Jerry Moomaw (OH MO J) who indicated this variety is from Fred Hutchison. While riding out an Ohio River flood, one of Fred's ancestors, Abe Hall, saw a large pink tomato floating by, grabbed it and planted its seeds. SSE Accession # 126056
