Large, elongate fruit. Solid dark green rind. Fruit measure 16-19" long and 6-8" in diameter and weigh 28-38 lbs. Pink flesh color with a thick rind. Standard texture, not very sweet. Numerous white seeds. Productive. Mid-season maturing. Given to SSE by Joan Bass; reportedly in family for years. SSE Accession # 127939
