Nantes type. Medium-long, orange carrot. Slight variability in root shape from cylindrical to tapered. Rounded shoulders, pointed to blunt tip. Smooth skin. Uniformly orange core. Little to no forking or splitting in 2016 planting at Heritage Farm. Roots grow partially above soil surface. Good flavor, moderately sweet, crisp and juicy. Medium leaf vigor. Donated to SSE by John Wyncoll (ENGL WY J) who acquired the variety from an unknown commercial source. SSE Accession # 106911
