Golden Self-Blanching

Sweet. Medium green leaves with many lighter green petioles. Some variability in number of petioles. Some plants have numerous small petioles on the periphery on the plant's crown. Others have fewer, larger petioles like modern celery. Petiole solid. Growth habit semi-erect. Plants measure 1.9-2.8' in height and 1.5-2.0' in diameter. Petioles measure 0.5-0.8" in diameter and 6.8-13.4" in length. SSE Accession # 107319
