Beefsteak tomato. Fruit ranges from white to very light yellow depending on ripeness. Average 8oz weight. Indeterminate growth habit. Regular leaf plant. Grown by David Swaim in 2024 for the Collection Documentation Project; David commented they liked the productivity of the plant and plans to grow it again to compare with other white tomatoes.
