Late Flat Dutch

Large, solid, obovate heads. Heads are significantly wider than tall. Green leaves with light green petioles. Mature plants measure 14-23" tall by 23-43" wide. Raw leaves are slightly bitter with a slightly spicy, mustard flavor. Stems are sweet. Steamed leaves are sweet with very good flavor. No bitterness. Late maturing.
