A. hypochondriacus. Tall plants, reaching 5-6', with an erect growth habit. Leaves green; large. Inflorescences light green; erect; long and cylindrical, forming "dreadlocks." Numerous branches along stem, each with an inflorescence at its tip. Green stems; non-pigmented plants. No lodging when grown in 2014 at Heritage Farm. Beige seeds. Donated to SSE by Shane Murphy (CA MU S) who purchased the variety from Seeds of Change (CV Se7). SSE Accession # 100079
