Rouge Sang Violette

Nice new batch of seed 2023. True Violette carrot with purple skin. Beautiful. Sweet-spicy taste. 80-95 days, purple skin with beautiful violet overtones, deep orange inside, this has become my favorite carrot, very crisp, light peppery taste from skin, very sweet inside. Spicy sweet amazing flavor. It is expensive to import it from France, but very worth it, a great carrot in all respects. I would like to see someone with carrot growing experience grow some out for seed and reoffer it the following year. This amazing carrot is on the verge of being lost. I have a fair amount of seed from secondary umbels. This may be the last year I offer seed until I can get it increased. I am having trouble with roots going soft by replant time in April. Will try one more time. Note: I also have some 2018 seed.
