Large, vigorous plants have a dense rosette of yellow-green leaves. Leaves are large, heavily blistered and strongly undulating. Plants have some variability in degree of heading but most do not form a head. Fair flavor. Leaves are a little tough. Not very sweet. Plants reach 7-9 inches tall, 8-11 inches across. Mid-season maturing. Average bolt resistance. Black seed.
