Missouri Wonder

Single Image
VEGETABLES / BEAN
SNAP-POLE
Pole Snap in about 70 days. Introduced to the seed trade in the early 1930's. Farmers of the 1930s first began growing Missouri Wonder for its resilience in harsh conditions. They usually grew this bean alongside corn, since the corn stalks provided a handy support for the vines. Housewives preferred this bean for its versatility both as a snap bean and a dry soup bean.
