Marbled Purple Stripe (hardneck) - From Xinjiang, China, its name literally means "white-skinned garlic." But don't let the name fool you: this garlic is anything but bland. Some of the cloves can be absolute monsters, larger than entire heads of other varieties. I tend to have a wide range in sizes, with many small ones bringing the average down. Avg. 11.1 g/bulb in 2025, 20.4 g in 2024.
