Bai Pi Suan

Marbled Purple Stripe (hardneck) - From Xinjiang, China, its name literally means "white-skinned garlic." But don't let the name fool you: this garlic is anything but bland. Some of the cloves can be absolute monsters, larger than entire heads of other varieties, with just two or three cloves per bulb. Most of what I get are smaller for now, but they will grow in size with care.
