Rocambole (hardneck) - I know we typically don't grow garlic for the aesthetics, but I tend to think this is the prettiest-looking plant. The taste is wonderful as well: medium heat with rich flavor, delicious raw or cooked. Avg. 13.2 g/bulb in 2025, 17.9 g in 2024.
