Pink beefsteak. Indeterminate growth, regular leaves. Standard flavor. Medium-sweet, low acid. Meaty. Immature fruit have distinct dark green longitudinal stripes. Moderate radial cracking on all ripe fruit; slight concentric cracking on some fruit. Most fruit slightly cat-faced. Strongly recessed stem end. Wide pedicel scar. Ripe fruit measure 2.4-3" long by 3.5-5.1" wide and weigh 0.6-1.3lbs. One or two fruit per cluster. Slightly exserted, fasciated styles. Plants suffered from septoria leaf spot in 2014 growout at Heritage Farm. Mid-season maturing. Donated to SSE in 1995 by Darrell Merrell (OK ME D) who acquired this variety from Tomato Seed Company of Metuchen, NJ (CV To2). The original plant was reportedly discovered by a Mr. Williamson near Friendly, WV growing in a pile of flood debris after the 1884 Ohio River flood. SSE Accession # 125263
