Red-green looseleaf. Tender leaves are slightly sweet with a crispy midrib. Slightly buttery texture and taste. Spoon shape leaves are slightly wavy, toothed, and blistered. Plants do not form heads. Leaves 10-11" long and 5.75-7.0" wide. Market mature plants 8.3-12.5" tall and 15.7-18.5" in diameter. White seeded. Mid-season maturing when grown in 2014 at Heritage Farm. SSE Accession # 111825
