Habanero, Caribbean Red

These small red peppers are EXTREMELY HOT. Unless you like burning your mouth, you will ruin your dish unless you use a very, very small amount. I got them at a plant swap and a label on my plants said they are up to 1000 times as hot as a Jalapanoi. Believe it.
