Jaune du Poitou

80-120 days. Very large floppy wide yellow-green leaves, thick tender stalks, fairly short. Sweet, never bitter. Hardy if well mulched over the winter. Slow bolting the following year. Seed stalks to 3-4' with 6" seed heads that need support.
