Sweetmeat Pumpkin

Huge, elongated, orange, banana-type squash with peach-colored longitudinal stripes. 20-30 inches long, 8-12 inches wide, 20-50 lbs. Smooth rind with slight corking. Pale orange flesh is watery, a little stringy, and not very sweet. Brix 6.7. Dry matter content 7.9%. Does not keep well. 2019 planting at Heritage Farm had low productivity and showed severe powdery mildew symptoms. Plants are moderately vining. Cucurbita maxima. SSE Accession # 120754
