Miami Green Spotted Squash

Vines to 25 feet. Fruit is classic pumpkin shape to elongated, similar to watermelon. Green with beige spots and stripes, turning beige overall as it ripens. It has very slight ribbing. Averages 8-10 pounds. Flesh is bright orange with excellent flavor. From the Miami people. Original source of seed may have been from a Shawnee man at the Burpee museum.
