Scionwood ($6) and a 2 year old bare root tree on Old Home x F.333 semi-swarfing rootstock ($20) available. Shipped while dormant Nov - early March. Bareroot trees should be planted or heeled in on arrival. Kieffer pears are best suited for cooked applications, including baking, boiling, and poaching. The fruits can be consumed fresh, but they must be fully ripened over several weeks to be considered palatable for eating.
