Bulgarian Carrot

I loved these hot pepper for their earliness and punch! It was the first to mature in my garden and hotter than I expected. Bulgarian Carrot peppers are bright orange, 3-4 inches long, and offer a fruity, citrus-like flavour. They range from 5,000 to 30,000 Scoville Heat Units. These peppers mature in 65 days and grow best in full sun with well-drained soil. Ideal for salsas, pickling, and hot sauces.
