90 days, plants can reach up to 6 feet in height. Plant is covered in thorns. Fruits are in a husk similar to a ground cherry, however husk is covered in thorns and will peel back when ripe. Fruit is red with yellow flesh, very seedy, highly ornamental white flowers. Good flavor; I thought it tasted like a good pie cherry. Will survive down to 28 degrees F.
