VEGETABLES / CORN
FLOUR
This is the white field corn traditionally grown by the Oneida Tribe of WI and other Nations of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy. It is an 8 row field corn, growing 6-8 feet tall in my garden this year, and producing 1-3 ears per plant. Kernels are mostly creamy white with an occasional pale yellow kernel. Here are a few links to more information about white corn grown by the Oneida Nation along with some traditional recipes. https://www.gbbg.org/ohe-laku-cornstalks-oneida-nation/ https://oneida-nsn.gov/resources/wellness/oneida-white-corn/ https://pbswisconsin.org/watch/wisconsin-foodie/oneida-white-corn-5edwxc/
