Thai Sweet

This variety is taller, slower and less agressive to bolt, and has much, much larger leaves than "Thai Basil" or "Siam Queen", while still maintaining Thai basil flavor. It isn't quite as purple. However, the bigger leaves make it much, much, MUCH less tedious to harvest than all the miniscule ones on the aforementioned varieties. It takes less time to pinch back the flowering stalkheads, too. It saves me 15 to 20 mins prep per meal picking time, which I'll totally take.
