Medium-broad shoulders with a slight, uniform taper. High quality, uniform roots. Smooth, cream-colored skin. Medium width, shallow crown. Roots measured 8-16" long and 1.5-2.2" wide at the end of the season. Very shallow, medium-width crown. Sparse branching and no root defects when grown in raised beds in 2015 at Heritage Farm.
