Austrian Wild Boar

Distributed via tubers. See IA SSE HF profile for details. Long spindle shaped tubers have tan colored thick skin and measure 3-15 inches long and 0.5-0.65 inches wide. Plants are very tall and robust. This is likely more of an ornamental type Jerusalem artichoke as the tubers do not seem very edible. SSE Accession # 129870
