60 days. Light, minty green skin. In our winter trials, when most other kohlrabi had split open and succumbed to the weather, this powerhouse duo kept looking and tasting wonderful. Both Delicacy White and Purple can be harvested when the bulbs reach tennis ball size, but when left to grow slightly larger, they still remain tender. Crisp, delectable flesh is great on a veggie platter, or grated and incorporated into your favorite slaw.
