Rainbow Dent

True rainbow colored dent corn variety that matures to have red, burgundy, yellow, blue, green, purple, pink, and brown kernels. Some cobs are all purple and blue while others are more pastel in appearance. About 20% of the kernels also have a veriagated appearance. Ears are 5.5-6.5 in. long by 1.5-2 in. wide, cylindrical-conical with 12 straight rows of kernels per cob on average on both red and white cobs. Stalks are 4.5-7 ft. high, very vigorous and green,with no tillers and have one ear per plant. Some variation in kernel type, sweet corn type kernels should be rogued. SSE Accession # 108118
