VEGETABLES / TOMATO-CURRANT
Solanum pimpinellifolium. Indeterminate, regular leaf. 65-75 days. Huge yields of pea-sized fruit on very long, attractive trusses. Said to be the world's tiniest tomato. Both ornamental and edible, the fruit is bright red and very bold, flavorful and tangy. These are great in salads. And, if you really want to get small, consider also growing the pepper equivalent, a chiltepin, and some Egyptian walking onions to make micro-ingredient salsa. Don't wait! Get small today!
