Zapotec Pink Pleated

Description borrowed from Delectation of Tomatoes. Very productive. Attractive, medium sized (0.532 lb. avg.), deeply ribbed/ruffled fruits with red flesh and clear skin, often with hollow seed locules. Flavor is strong and distinctive, though not sweet. Very good for sauces and stuffing. Indeterminate, regular leaf, productive vines, from 88 days. History traces to Zapotec Indians of Mexico. Aka Zapotec Pleated. Fruits produce very few seeds, Limited quantity available.
