A favorite amongst SSE Preservation staff - gorgeous and delicious! Large orange beefsteak tomato. Indeterminate growth habit with regular leaves. Uniform fruit. Market mature fruits measure 2.5-3.3" long, 4-4.8" wide, and can weigh 1-2lbs. Fruit borne in clusters of 2-3. Tendency to crack radially in 2023. Bright, complex flavor with moderate acidity. Meaty, juicy, and velvety smooth. Highly productive in 2023 when grown at Heritage Farm. Mid-season maturing. SSE Accession # 124541
