Plants 3-4.5' tall with little red coloration, long, slightly curving, green pods reach 7-10" long, 1-1.25" in diameter, best for eating under 3", subtle flavor, average eating qualities Donated to SSE by Dianna Henry (AR HE D). Originally from Alice Elliot, Arcadia, OK in 1986. This variety was brought to Oklahoma from Missouri when the territory was opened for settlement during the "Run of 1889." SSE Accession # 114004
