Norwegian Pencil

Pole Bean are fairly vigorous needing tall trellis. Excellent tasting, very round, green pole beans that get about 8 inches long. Pods mature to yellow and develop light purple mottling with 6-9 seeds per pod. Dry beans are speckled with light grey and have black stripes. Seeds are long, thicker than they are wide, and kidney-shaped. Purple flowers are very attractive though not overly large.
