Yellow roots with green shoulders. Variation in shape. Most roots are spherical, but some are flattened and others are elliptic. Yellow flesh. Standard flavor. Slightly bitter. Moist flesh. Smooth skin. Roots are half-buried in the soil. Little forking. Roots reach 4-6" long, 5-7" wide, and weigh 3-5.5lbs. Brix score: 9.0. Green leaves and petioles.
