Aji Lemon Drop

A pre-Colombian C. baccatum seasoning pepper from Peru. 2”-2 1/2” pods ripens to a clear lemon yellow, sometimes with a dark purple blush. The flavor is a very clean, uncomplicated, slightly citrusy heat (30k-50k SHU). The heavy yielding 24” tall plants are very resilient and can take cooler temperatures better.
