C. pepo. Pumpkin type. Slightly flattened to round, smooth, ribbed, orange fruit. Averages 7" long; 9" in diameter; and 8.3 lbs. Pale orange flesh, moist, stringy, slightly sweet, subtle flavor. Vining plants. Leaves have distinct lobes; no silvering. Donated to SSE by Donna Kline (MN KL D). From Kline's uncle, Herman Butherus, of Prior Lake, MN. The variety has been in family since circa 1905 and was grown by Butherus' grandfather. SSE Accession # 120090
