Orange Jelly

Golden triangular roots have bright white flesh. Sweet after a hard freeze. Skin has some lateral ridges. Roots measure 4-5.5" long, 3.0-4.5" wide, and weigh up to 1lb. Roots grow half below the soil, half above. Long, glossy, green leaves. Mid season maturing. Plants and roots are uniform. SSE Accession # 127632
